Sobre este particular el Diputado informo que durante la mañana de éste sábado 29 de mayo, se llevo a cabo la fase de consulta pública del Proyecto de Reforma de la Ley Orgánica de Drogas con los organismos públicos del Edo. Bolívar.
Entre los Representantes por parte de los organismos estadales, estuvieron presentes el Fiscal auxiliar del Estado Bolívar, Dr. Jorge Peña, la licenciada Guadalupe Rivas coordinadora de Derechos Humanos en el Estado Bolívar, la licenciada Octaviana Hernández representante de la Super Intendencia de Drogas, y por parte del cuerpo legislativo participaron el Diputado Leonel Hernández y el Diputado José M. Muqueza.
«Hemos estado trabajando este proyecto de Ley en conjunto desde la Asamblea Nacional, para lograr la trasformación legal que Venezuela necesita. Este proceso de consultas se ha desarrollado con el firme propósito de asimilar todos los aportes que sean recogidos, además de algunas actualizaciones a éste instrumento legal para adaptarlo a las nuevas realidades que vivimos, y a las nuevas modalidades que se van presentando e incorporar los cambios que amerita nuestra nación y nuestro estado Bolívar» concluyo el Diputado Muqueza en un contacto.
