Pastor Segundo Naranjo: «La orden del cielo es orar por la paz mundial»

Ante los recientes hechos de acción militar armada del ejército ruso sobre el territorio ucraniano, iniciados el pasado 24 de febrero y que aún persisten, cobrando amargamente -como suele ocurrir- un importante número de vidas entre militares y civiles. La iglesia cristiana interdenominacional en todas partes del mundo alza su voz en clamor a Dios por la pronta restauración del diálogo y el entendimiento pacífico entre los líderes políticos.

Una de esas voces que se hace sentir desde Ciudad Bolívar, es la del Rev. Pastor Segundo Naranjo, sacerdote evangélico de la obra Luz del Mundo misión № 4 del municipio Angostura del Orinoco, quien no cesa de orar e instruir bíblicamente al pueblo.

En tal sentido dice el pastor Naranjo, citando las Escrituras – «Y se oirá de guerras y rumores de guerras, de hambre, peste, terremotos y destrucción. Y es necesario que esto acontezca, pero no se angustie nadie porque aún no es el fin» Al propio tiempo, el pastor Naranjo recomienda el valor de la oración en familia, procurando la paz entre todos los pobladores de la tierra.

Aclara el Hno. Segundo, que cuando la Biblia afirma que es necesario que estos lamentables hechos violentos acontezcan, no lo dice porque Dios los propicie o apruebe. Sino, porque la intransigencia de algunos gobernantes, en su peor nivel, da lugar a la confrontación armada. Es por eso que su consejo es orar por estas dos naciones; Rusia y Ucrania, para que depongan su actitud y acuerden la paz lo antes posible.
