Comisionaduría Municipal de Religión y Cultos y MOCEV, celebraron reunión con pastores de Ciudad Bolívar

A fin de dar a conocer los detalles de lo dispuesto por el Ejecutivo Nacional a través de la Vice Presidencia Sectorial Social a cargo del también Ministro del Poder Popular para la Juventud y el Deporte, Mervin Maldonado. El apóstol Edgar Mata, Comisionado Municipal de Religión y Cultos de la alcaldía de Angostura del Orinoco, acompañado del Vice-Presidente Regional del Movimiento Cristiano Evangélico por Venezuela (MOCEV) pastor Jesús Alacayo, convocaron a los pastores de Ciudad Bolívar para informarles de forma directa acerca del plan del gobierno bolivariano dirigido a brindar apoyo al sector religioso, que incluye al conglomerado cristiano evangélico del país.

Tras el acercamiento del presidente Nicolás Maduro al liderazgo cristiano nacional, y celebrado el Día Nacional del Pastor y la Pastora el pasado 15 de enero. Varios acuerdos se vienen desarrollando, entre los cuales está la realización de un censo nacional de sacerdotes evangélicos y de las congregaciones a su cargo, para que reciban el beneficio que por Ley de Presupuesto Nacional, les corresponde por derecho constitucional.

En este sentido, aclaró el pastor Alacayo, que no se trata de dádivas solicitadas al gobierno, sino la aplicación misma del instrumento legal que otorga al sector religioso; la posibilidad real de reparación de infraestructura de templos, títulos supletorios, registro notariado de iglesia y credenciales oficiales de ministros de culto. De igual modo, ayudas económicas a los ministros ordenados, dotación de equipos de sonido e instrumentos musicales, según sea necesario y mediante una clara exposición de motivos.

Será a través del plan «El Buen Pastor» coordinado por fases que se dará cumplimiento a esta disposición. Fase I: Registro parroquializado de iglesias, que ya inició con el apoyo del Movimiento Somos Venezuela el pasado 19 de marzo y cerrará el 7 de abril. Fase II: Otorgamiento del Carnet de la Patria para vializar el bono social «El buen pastor» Fase III: Iglesia Social, referido a las visitas directas, con el acompañamiento de funcionarios de gobernaciones y alcaldías, a las iglesias en cada comunidad, y determinar las necesidades reales. Fase IV: Fortalecimiento y acompañamiento institucional de gobierno a las actividades sociales comunitarias, que desde siempre viene implementando la iglesia cristiana por amor al prójimo. Fase V: Integración de la juventud cristiana al programa productivo Chamba Juvenil y Movimiento Corazón Cristiano que busca brindar apoyo a los diversos talentos artísticos que hacen vida en la iglesia cristiana.

La reunión también estuvo acompañada del presbítero y maestro bíblico Dr. Ventura Bellizia, quien está a cargo de impartir el instructivo bajo convenio con el Centro Educativo Nacional de Teología Superior Milenium (CENTESUM) y la Universidad Pedagógica Experimental Libertador (UPEL) responsables de certificar como Ministros de Culto, a los interesados.
