Por su parte, Rachid Yasbek, parlamentario por la MUD destacó que las propuestas recogidas y discutidas serán enlazadas en el proyecto de ley  para su debate y aprobación en sesión de cámara.

El parlamentario destacó que en esta consulta queda por sentado que es una ley bastante moderna. “Nuestro deber es buscar  la recuperación del estado Bolívar y estamos trabajando como órgano legislativo en representación del pueblo y tenemos que hacer  el trabajo para lograr recuperar la economía del estado Bolívar” .

Aseguró que llegó el momento en el cual Guayana pide a gritos que haya una tregua y unidad en la reconstrucción como órgano legislativo. Es de la idea que se debe dejar de lado los problemas electorales y funcionar como cuerpo colegiado. “Es lo que hemos hecho acá, nuestras propuestas hechas como parlamentarios electos por el pueblo han sido tomadas en cuenta”.

Durante el encuentro evidenció que en esta parroquia se cultiva el café y el cacao, iniciativas que califica como gratificantes y esperanzadoras al ver cómo se lleva esa producción aguas abajo con la elaboración de café molidos, chocolates, lo que demuestra la existencia de un potencial importante que no se queda en la ganadería, producción de leche o la minería, sino que también se puede ir a la agroindustria y darle un voto de confianza a la gestión regional.
