Este viernes 8 de Julio dió inicio el Plan Cantv Comunal en Ciudad Bolívar, este acto que se realizó en la Unidad Educativa, Teodara Mendez de Montes, ubicada en el sector de Las Moreas, parroquia Marhuanta del Edo Bolívar, y dónde estuvieron presente líderes de vocería de la zona.

Así lo informó, Euclides Luna, Gerente de operaciones de Cantv.

En tal sentido expresó,» este plan tiene como propósito articular los mecanismos entre el Poder Popular y la empresa Cantv para dar una repuesta rápida a las necesidades del pueblo».

Así mismo informó Luna,» una de las ventajas de dicho plan es mejorar los tiempo para que la comunidad pueda utilizar el servicio digital que ofrece la plataforma de Cantv, cómo es: revisar su facturación, reportes, realizar su certificación, entre otras».

Para finalizar el Gerente Luna informó que,» este plan que inicio en este sector, se extenderá a todas la centrales de Cantv del municipio Angostura del Orinoco, prestando así la mayor eficiencia en el menor tiempo posible».
